How much does it cost?
Our prices are on the site — hourly rates, fixed prices and what needs a quote. All of them include GST.
Can I book online?
Yes, for the everyday jobs: home cleaning, deep cleans, end of lease, carpets and windows. Specialised work we quote first.
Do I need an account?
It gets created with your first booking, free. It’s where you see who’s coming, follow the job, get photos of the work and keep your tax invoices.
How much notice do you need?
At least 24 hours. Need it sooner? Call us — sometimes we can move things around.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge two hours per assigned cleaner, because that time can’t be refilled.
