Our regular home clean keeps your home fresh without you lifting a finger. Your cleaner follows a consistent checklist every visit, focusing on the rooms you use most, and you can add extras like inside the oven or fridge whenever you need them.

- Kitchen benches, splashback and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms: toilet, shower, bath, basin and mirrors
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, skirting and furniture
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
- Bedrooms tidied and beds made (linen change on request)
- Rubbish emptied and bins wiped
Not included
- Inside oven, fridge or cabinets (add as extras)
- Heavy lifting or moving large furniture
- External windows and outdoor areas

Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or access code — add access notes to your address and message your cleaner in the app.
Do you bring the equipment and products?
Yes, your cleaner brings standard equipment and products. Let us know if you prefer specific or eco products.
How much notice do you need?
Online bookings need at least 24 hours' notice. For anything sooner, send us a message.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel from the app. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee.
